We will be launching the website & booking slots at  4:30am 20/08

Sessions are 45min, 15min cleaning break between sessions (Eg. 4:30-5:15, 5:30-6:15…)
No group classes will be available until the 01/09/2020
Showers, Steam Rooms & Saunas are strictly prohibited.
